Louis van Gaal, assesses that Memphis Depay needs adaptation with his team.
Therefore, Van Gaal urges to the public and fans don't give too much pressure
to Depay.
According to Van
Gaal, Depay still stepping 21 years, is part of a long-term project of the
club. In the first season, Depay only required to adapt to the English style.
That is why Van Gaal gives a chance

Van Gaal said that
the Premier League is very different from other leagues. It took time for him
to fully adapt to the speed and nature without tolerance of football in this
country.
Van Gaal also
added that the plan is to develop Depay as a player, but everyone all have to
be patient. For the record, the new Depay passed a medical at Manchester United
on Monday (05/18/2015 ).
He just signed a contract in June.
Van Gaal himself
no stranger to figure Depay. He has orbited Depay along the Dutch national team
in the World Cup last year. When Depay shines at Eredivisie as top scorer, Van
Gaal was smitten and willing to pour 25 million pounds.
